• Structured training course, it is a well-structured training course; the lecture is informative, and the treatment manual is systematic & well-designed. Thank you!

• Theories are introduced with many case examples and detailed explanations. The handouts are very thorough.

• Case sharing & key takeaways, the case-sharing session provided concise key points on the elements of MCT (Metacognitive Therapy) and practical ways to reduce worries.

• Good theoretical framework & treatment planning: the course covers the theoretical framework and evidence-based practices to illustrate generalized anxiety disorder) and its treatment planning.

• I treausre the sharing of Dr. Cheng's extensive clinical experences on OCD which gives us ideas on how to identify client's fear and treat them accordingly. It also gives us valuable insights in answering questions of participants. Thank you.
